Sam White Ltd. does not publish a public e-mail address. Registered customers reach us through the ticket system under “Support” in the application; this keeps every conversation tied to a verified account.

What Sam White Ltd. does – and does not do

Sam White Ltd. develops and operates the OnRamp software: the website, the customer area, the request forms, the calculator and the notifications. That is the full extent of its service.

Sam White Ltd. does not:

• buy, sell, exchange, convert, broker or quote fiat currencies or digital assets on its own account or on behalf of customers;
• accept, hold, safeguard, transmit or pay out customer money or digital assets;
• operate bank accounts, wallets or payment accounts for customers;
• perform identity verification (KYC), anti-money-laundering checks or sanctions screening itself;
• give investment, tax, legal or financial advice;
• guarantee prices, exchange rates, processing times, availability or the outcome of any transaction.

Licensed third-party companies

When you use the software, you interact with independent companies that hold the licences required for their respective services – for example payment institutions, banks, virtual-asset service providers and identity-verification providers (together the “Service Partners”). The software merely gives you a structured way to prepare and track a request and hands it to the Service Partner responsible for it.

Every exchange, payment, custody and verification step is a contract between you and the respective Service Partner, governed by that partner's own terms, privacy policy and licence. The Service Partner – not Sam White Ltd. – is your counterparty, is responsible for executing the transaction and is the entity you must address with complaints about it.

Service Partners may change over time. The partner handling a specific request is identified in the request details and in the communication you receive about it.

Exclusion of liability

Sam White Ltd. is not a party to any transaction prepared through the software and has nothing to do with its execution. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sam White Ltd. therefore accepts no responsibility and no liability for:

• the execution, delay, rejection, reversal or failure of any payment, exchange or payout;
• exchange rates, fees, spreads or price movements between request and settlement;
• the outcome, duration or requirements of identity or compliance checks performed by Service Partners;
• the acts, omissions, solvency, licensing status or regulatory standing of any Service Partner;
• losses caused by incorrect bank, wallet or personal details entered by you;
• losses of digital assets sent to a wrong or unsupported address or network.

Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence of Sam White Ltd. in the operation of the software itself.
